Shaquille Ray a sole-trader trading name used by Shaquille (James) Ray-Brazel is a young man born on the 28th of May 1994 residing in South-Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Shaquille is self taught as well as self driven open web enthusiasts. Shaquille first started his online journey by creating a website using Synthasite (now Yola) before moving on to creating one of the most reputable SEO blogs in 2009 at the age of 16.
The blog “SEO Postman” received the honourable title of being within the top 400 reputable and up to date SEO resources by SEO Moz (Now Moz). SEO Postman was sold in 2012. SEO Postman became apart of Microsoft Bizspark as it expanded with Mobile Applications with SEO tools, and a release of several Ebooks in 2010.
In 2011 Shaquille was nominated for a RECSS (Recognition of Excellence in Customer Support and Service) in Consulting after doing freelance work in the SEO and Web Design field. Shaquille won the award in Consulting.
In 2013 Shaquille was asked to take part in a WorldSkills Australia Challenge in the category of Web Design. He traveled from Sydney to Brisbane to take part for 4 hours before returning. In November of 2013 Shaquille received an email congratulating him as he ranked Gold in the state of Queensland and then was eligible to take part in the WorldSkills Australia National Competition in 2014.
In the first quarter of 2014 Shaquille also became apart of the Google Partner Network in the Australia and New Zealand region with a new startup venture.
In September of 2014 Shaquille was flown to Perth in Western Australia thanks to the sponsorship of the Queensland State Government as well as WorldSkills Australia to take part, after week of competing Shaquille Ranked within the top 6 in Australia in Web Design.
Again in November of 2014, Shaquille was invited to become a ambassador for Education in Queensland with WorldSkills Australia by the minister of Education, Training, and Employment the Hon John-Paul Langbroek. I have a continued passion for vocational and higher education in Australia. I have appeared in various media publications in relation to my views and opinions across various mediums.
In 2015 Shaquille had the honour of joining the Microsoft Partners Research Panel (MSPRP) to assist in improving solutions for consumers.
Over the years Shaquille has been seen in print media, in 2010 Shaquille also took over the YouTube homepage after the announcement of the first generation of Apple’s iPad and created a video with a complimentary song. Shaquille has trended within the top 10 trend charts on twitter in selected country’s around the world on two occasions.
